You can join me for yoga at 2 locations in the Lower Mainland throughout the week, or from the comfort of your own home!

Below is my current weekly schedule. If you would like to discuss private classes, don't hesitate to get in touch!

I am available for private, semi-private or group classes in my home or in yours, for Reiki Level I to Master/Teacher Level. This will prepare you to channel this loving energy for yourself, and to share it with others.
